IDAP is ran by a council of business people and people of power however the primary leadership group consists of:

Strength
  • 11,000 Volunteers Aid Workers Globally
  • 9000 Support Personnel
  • 900 Administrative Staff

The International Development & Aid Project (Or simply IDAP) was founded by Clair de Murbrusier ("Lamorak") in mid 2017, the IDAP is a British NGO that specialises in responding to natural and man-made disasters. Since its founding, the IDAP has provided humanitarian aid to more than ninety million people worldwide and continues to run missions throughout the Middle East, Africa, North America and the Mediterranean. Their main headquarters are located in London, England.

However, it is suspected that de Murbrusier has created the  International Development & Aid Project (IDAP) for the express purpose of setting up launch pads for “Crusade” operations in various regions under the guise of humanitarian aid. This is unconfirmed, however the GOC appears to have come to the same conclusion, having raided several IDAP operations in locations all over the globe. As of yet no evidence has been found to back up these suspicions, however due to the heavy ties to the Templars, investigation will continue.

Personnel

IDAP's field operations are predominately carried out by volunteer aid workers who form the bulk of the manpower at each crisis centre.

However, IDAP is also formed from an extensive array of support personnel ranging from WATSAN experts (WATer and SANitation), doctors, paramedics, surgeons, health promoters, teachers, builders and engineers.

Ex-military servicemen are also a key part of the organisation's structure, and serve as field consultants for Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD)-related matters. Caliburn Security Services often provide personnel for these duties.
