Situation

The lab results from the material you seized last week just came in.

It's water. Just... water. It makes no sense. The Foundation's top men are looking into it and it's got them stumped. By all accounts, this "Red Drake" has his pet Sarkites spiking the regional water supplies with... plain old drinkable water. Needless to say, we don't trust it. From here on, drinking from the public water infrastructure is banned for Foundation personnel. You'll be provided with bottled water shipped in, just in case.

In the meantime, the Director of the Red Drake Incident Group (RDIG) has a few strings he wants to tug on and a few leads he wants us to follow. Mobile Task Force Tau-44 "Phalanx" will deploy in plain clothes, make contact with a deep cover Foundation mole in a local Serpent's Hand cell, and do whatever is necessary to get the location of their hideout.

The mission is relatively simple, we've got to go meet this contact who is part of the serpents hand cell. He has some jobs he wants done and in return he will give us some information.
