Overview
7.62 NATO (7.62x51 NATO)12.7x55 is a heavy .50 caliber round developed for close quarter operations against heavily armoured opponents. Ammunition varies from 100 grain to 2000 grain loads all capable of packing variably harder punches the NATOheavier standardthe mediumround machineis. gunThe 12.7x55 ASh performs poorly at range and sniperis riflegenerally cartridge.unable to reach out further than 300 meters.
STs-130 Ball
STs-130 Ball is a 330 Grain copper jacketed lead projectile designed for 25 m to 150 m engagements. It is useddecent at armour penetration and packs a similar punch to .300WM.
STs-130LR/STs-130PT SPR
The STs-130PT SPR round is a 493 Grain projectile designed to be more accurate than the STs-130 Ball. It has more powder in variousthe marksman and sniper riflescartridge as well asleading mountedto higher velocities and dismountedbetter machinepenetration gunsof such as the FN MAG-58/M240. It is a high power cartridge.armour.
M80STs-130PT2 AP Solid Bronze
M80The STs-130PT2 is a low tier 7.62x51 round. It is the predecessor to the M80A1. This round is mostly used in machine guns. This round has not variations.
M80A1 (Also known as EPR)
M80A1 is a steel core armour piercing 7.62x51 NATO round. It has decent soft tissue damage and better than 5.56 armour penetration. This round has the following variations:
M80A1 TracerM80A1 IR (IR Tracer are only visible with night vision)
M61
M61 AP is aan early generation armour piercing round. It is average at soft tissue damage and has slightly improved armour penetration over M80A1. This round has the following variations:
M62 Tracer
M82
M82 is a blank and does not fire a projectile.
M118
M118 is designed specifically for long range shooting. It is comparable to M316 Mod 0 but has superior armour penetration capabilities compared to Mk316. It has no variants.
M993
M993 is a armour piercing 7.62 round capable of outperforming every form of 7.62 and 5.56 inbetter armour penetration.penetration Itthan hasall averageprevious softrounds. tissueAdditionally damage.with Itits has509 noGrain variants.projectile it hits harder than previous rounds.

Understanding the Stats
Hit | TypicalSpeed | AirFriction | Caliber |
Hit is the potential damage capability of the round. The higher the number the better, however if it has a low typicalspeed, high airfriction or a low caliber the damage will drop off massively from its Hit stat. | Typical speed is the typical speed that the ammunition will travel at. It is measured in meters per second. Ammunition below 350 m/s is subsonic. | This represents how much the air affects the round. The heavier the round the more friction it will encounter. Numbers further from the 0 such as 0.0004 is less friction, close is more friction 0.04. | Caliber is the raw armour penetration capability of the round. The higher the better. |
