.40 Lobaev Whisper
Overview
The .40 Lobaev Whisper is a specialty subsonic cartridge designed specifically for the DVL-10 Saboteur rifle. It was created from .338LM casings by shortening the casing by 25mm and utilising .408 Cheytac projectiles. It is meant for covert precision shooting for distances of up to 600m and has seen use by Russian Special forces in recent conflicts.
