INTRODUCTION

Special Assault Branch - Recon & Enforcement (S.A.B.R.E.) is a specialized unit within the United Nations Peacekeeping Forces, established on 30/04/2024 to address evolving global security challenges that conventional peacekeeping forces may encounter. SABRE operates under the mandate of the United Nations Security Council, deploying highly trained personnel to regions affected by conflict or instability.

Mission

The primary mission of SABRE is to provide rapid response capabilities for reconnaissance, intelligence gathering, and enforcement tasks in complex and high-risk environments. SABRE units are trained to swiftly assess and neutralize threats, protect civilians, and support peacekeeping efforts while upholding the principles of international law and human rights.

While S.A.B.R.E. regularly works with Global Occult Coalition (GOC) teams, its primary focus is on humanitarian efforts and as such answers to the UN Security Council as opposed to the G.O.C. as a whole

Structure

SABRE comprises elite military personnel and law enforcement officers from diverse backgrounds, carefully selected for their expertise in special operations, counterterrorism, and unconventional warfare. The unit operates as a multi-national force, drawing members from contributing countries within the United Nations framework.

S.A.B.R.E.'s organizational structure is characterized by small, highly mobile teams capable of operating independently in remote and hostile environments. Each team is composed of specialists in various disciplines, including infantry, reconnaissance, intelligence analysis, medical support, communications & CBRN.

Training and Equipment

Members of S.A.B.R.E. undergo rigorous training programs, combining advanced combat techniques with specialized skills tailored to peacekeeping and stabilization missions. Training modules cover a wide range of scenarios, including urban warfare, anomalous warfare humanitarian assistance, Riot suppression, and hostage negotiations & rescue.

S.A.B.R.E. personnel are trained to operate in diverse terrain and climate conditions, utilizing cutting-edge equipment and technology to enhance their effectiveness in the field. Emphasis is placed on interoperability and coordination with other peacekeeping units, as well as local authorities and humanitarian organizations.
